SHOPPIE SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Shoppie. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email whenever possible.

Shipping Destinations

Shoppie currently ships to customers within the United States and selected international locations where available.

Shipping availability may vary depending on product supplier restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, dimensions, and supplier requirements.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Because Shoppie works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

Delayed Shipments

Shoppie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Labor disputes

  • Government actions

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shoppie is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an address correction is needed, customers should contact us immediately at shopshoppie9@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first and then contact us at shopshoppie9@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
